No matter what your fitness goals are, we have something to help you reach them at our great-value gym. PureGym Southampton Shirley offers a huge range of quality kit, loads of free fitness classes and our no‑contract membership means you can cancel anytime.
In the free weights area you’ll find barbells, plates and dumbbells, a 4‑bay lifting rig, fixed pin and cable equipment including two functional trainers, plus seated row and perfect squat machines and the BootyBuilder V8 — giving you everything you need to level up your strength training.
Cardio lovers are covered too, with a high spec line‑up of treadmills, climbmills, ellipticals, upright bikes, bike ergs and a stairmaster to keep your workouts varied and challenging.
We also offer free parking*.
