Stafford Gym

To allow us to add the finishing touches to your upgraded club, we will be closed from 8pm Thursday 3rd - 1pm Friday 4th September.

Great News! Your gym is getting an upgrade!​

The upgrade includes:​

• A brand new women's workout space with a lifting zone with squat racks and a free weights area with adjustable benches, dumbbells (up to 30kg) and a Smith machine. Plus, we have a mix of upper and lower body focused fixed pin equipment along with plenty of glute focused machines!
• A brand new functional training zone with wall ball targets, handstand boards, HIIT cardio kit and accessories.
• A brand new Shape zone, our beginner-friendly strength zone, featuring lighter barbells, dumbbells, glute-focused machines, and benches — ideal for building strength with confidence​
• Loads of fresh kit across the club including more lifting stations
• Upgraded fitness studio
• Upgraded cycle studio

Please note the gym will remain open, so you can still come in and work out anytime. Please see notice board in club for start on site date. Please note whilst our teams work on your gym areas may be closed off, and there will be local notices in place to ensure your safety. We kindly ask that you don't attempt to access these areas during this period.​​
